As our new Operations Specialist, you will take on the role of a trusted advisor, with the primary objective of supporting sales motions and offerings that are relevant for our partners and customers . Furthermore, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise through the onboarding and enrollment of our new partners, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Cloud Services, and other internal departments.
Other responsibilities will include
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and enrollment process for new partners, while simplifying customer Cloud Service Management through effective integration into our tools
- Conduct comprehensive training for our channel partners on the latest Cloud technology
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Crayon IP Services and Platform to serve as the local go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external inquiries, particularly in Cloud-iQ issues
- Engage in close collaboration with colleagues from the Operations Team, spanning Portugal, Spain and France to ensure seamless inter-country support within the Operations department.
Your Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, and marketing
- Hands-on experience in working with Cloud Service Vendors such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor for Channel Partners
