Looking for below role:

Experience: 18 20 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans budgets and strategies and build required teams for factory operations sales marketing and distribution to achieve desired business goals for Cashew Nut
• To function as global profit centre head across all geographies for maximum revenue generation. Developing new business partners.
• Development of new business partners and opportunity and strong leadership skills to achieve profitability and sustainability.
• Analysis of the market to identify trends opportunities and communication of those opportunities to Management.
• Identify and engage with potential clients trading houses industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities.

Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization


Overseeing strong workforce development employee satisfaction and engagement maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning
