The Services Training Manager is the main interlocutor of the ISR Project managers, and manages the team involved in trainings’ execution and production of training deliverables.
He/she is in charge to execute training projects within QCD targets, and to prepare costings and associated deliverables at tender stage.
Key accountabilities:
- Preparation and submission of contribution to tenders (QCD, deliverables, management plans, etc.) with ISR Bid Management team.
- Preparation of the training management Plan
- Coordination of Training Material preparation
- Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up)
- Collect trainees’ evaluation and training assessment
- Ensure training of trainers (Level Pedagogical engineer)
- Manage coordination with Services Platform to ensure integration and compliance with standard and best practice (REF LIB)
- In conjunction with Alstom Training and Simulation service, integrate virtual visits, e-learning and simulation into the customer training strategy
Optionally
- Prepare financial and pedagogical results to be submitted to the DREETS (French fraud department)
- Represents the Services France training department on legal issues related to training.
Generic
- Promote the usage of standard Training practices, compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
- Capitalize data and best practices to improve QCD on future projects
- Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / e-Leaning / Virtual reality)
Education / Experience / Competencies
- Engineering University Degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of Training experience within ISR Engineering scope
- Railways technical knowledge on maintainability aspects
- Knowledge of the main ISR Elements applicable to Railways equipment
- Experience in a maintenance Contract
