Our common goal
You are responsible for Finance, HR and Administration for Vitra France and a member of a larger BeNeLux & France team where we provide support cross border and ensure that we work within our three countries (Belgium, Netherlands and France) in the same way according to the provided frame work, policies and standards of our headquarter. You will work from our very beautiful offices in Paris (9th district).
What can you expect
- You are the sparring partner for the Market leader France and following up day to day business
- You will support the Regional Head of Finance, HR and Administration and our Accounting Manager BeNeLux and France
- You assure that all financial, legal, fiscal are followed up correctly and closely
- You are responsible to run the local HR activities: questions, learnings, payroll, bookings, …
- You will be managing our local junior accountant
- You liaise with external partners such as service providers, lawyers, auditors and local authorities
- You will ensure compliance in all business dealings within France according to local legislation and our company policies
How you convince us
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Human Resources or comparable degree
- +5 years of experience in multi-tasked function in an international environment
- Strong communication skills and high assertiveness
- Proficiency with MS office and SAP FI, experience with other like PowerBI, Tagetik is an advantage
- Good written and spoken French and English are mandatory, German is a plus
Reporting to Regional Head of Finance, HR and Administration BeNeLux & France and dotted line to Market Leader France
