Overview:
The Robotic Trainer plays a pivotal role in our organization responsible for designing developing and delivering training programs to educate individuals on various aspects of robotic systems and technologies. This role is essential in ensuring that our workforce is proficient in operating and maintaining robotic equipment ultimately contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing curriculum and training materials for robotic systems and technologies.
- Delivering training programs to educate individuals on robotic operation programming and maintenance.
- Assessing training needs and creating customized learning plans for different teams and individuals.
- Conducting handson training sessions to demonstrate the use of robotic equipment.
- Providing technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training process.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
- Collaborating with the robotics team to stay updated on the latest technologies and developments.
- Managing training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Offering ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their robotic skills.
- Documenting training procedures materials and progress reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotics automation or mechatronics.
- Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as Python C or Java.
- Strong understanding of robotic systems including sensors actuators and control systems.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities in identifying and resolving robotic issues.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting technical training sessions.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends.
- Certifications in robotics or training methodologies are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing training programs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in robotic operations.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring individuals to excel in robotics.
- Ability to travel occasionally to deliver training at different locations.
- Experience in elearning platforms and virtual training methods is a plus.
