· Change management: production and management of operations to be implemented in the production environment with minimize impacts
· Qualification, review, monitoring and validation in decision-making committees,
· Control, analysis & arbitration of significant and major changes in production and the relevant assessment of risks and impacts,
· Management and assistance to the Technical entities and beneficiaries
· The evolution of the catalog of standard changes, · The classification of operations with technical entities (updating of standards:
· The production of grouped operations + monitoring of their execution
· Adaptation to the new Change Management process and tool,
· Assistance to entities for the secure production of infrastructure transformation projects (Run & Build),
· Simplification of the change process
