Job description
Depuis 2002, Median Technologies repousse les limites de l'identification, de l'interprétation, de l'analyse et de la communication des données d'imagerie pour le monde médical. Le cœur de notre activité est le développement de logiciels et de plateformes innovants d’imagerie pour les essais cliniques en oncologie, l’aide au diagnostic et le suivi des patients atteints de cancers ; ces logiciels ont pour but d’améliorer la prise en charge des patients souffrant de cancers en aidant à l’identification des pathologies, à la mise au point et à la sélection de thérapies adaptées aux patients (médecine de précision).

Présentation du poste
In the context of our development, we are looking for an IT Analyst Engineer - Tech Lead.
In close collaboration with the IT Director and in keeping with the IT business partnership strategy, the IT Analyst Engineer & Technical Lead supports all business departments to implement IT solutions used to improve the overall efficiency of the operational processes and quality of deliverables.
Missions
Responsibilities:
Act as the privileged IT business partner for iBiopsy to ensure that iBiopsy needs are correctly addressed
Advise the IT team in terms of technologies and methodology, and contribute to the IT governance elaboration
Support the business requirements elaboration and their translation into value-added solutions, while ensuring consistency with the Information Systems
Ensure a leading role in the technologies choices of the company and their adequacy with the IT department’s value chain, including the specific techical services dedicated to the BUs’ software development teams and iBiopsy Artificial Intelligence & Data Science teams
Lead the IS/IT mapping and contribute to the implementation of the IS/IT roadmap, aligned with business processes and company’s strategy
Design, Implement and/or Coordinate the implementation of innovative solutions meeting business needs and requirements
Design, Implement and/or Coordinate the implementation of DevOps-ready services included in the IT department’s value chain
Take the full ownership of the projects assigned to you, applying the state-of-the-art in terms of projects management
Contribute to the ITSM (IT Service Management) approach of the IT department
Profil recherché
Education: Master’s degree and/or Engineer in Computer Science or Information System Engineering
Experience & Skills:
Significant experience (10 years minimum) as an IS/IT Engineer, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong skills in Cloud computing and Cloud-based architecture
Strong appentecy for technologies, mainly Cloud-based services and IT solutions architectures
Mastership of Data-centric concept & solutions and Data governance
Experience and/or knowledge in the following areas would be highly appreciated : Cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in AWS, Azure, Oracle, Alibaba), Containerization & Orchestration, CD/CI pipeline, Infrastructure As Code, JIRA/Confluence, Linux, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL DBs), Master Data Management, ERP, CRM (Salesforce or others), EDMS (Master Control or others), BPM, ETL, Project management tools, Datawarehouse and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects or equivalent), Clinical trials processes and tools, Data modeling, Process modeling, ITSM tools and ITIL good practices
Additional requirements:
Strong skills in IS/IT projects management (Waterfall, Agile)
Implementation of strategic IS/IT business applications
Good knowledge in computerized systems validation in the pharmaceutical industry
Very good leadership ability, Autonomous, Well organized and Open-minded
English proficiency (written and oral communication, presentations, conducting meetings)
