Vous participez à l'exécution du volet gestion des recettes pour nous aider à optimiser le retour sur investissement de nos activités de dépenses commerciales.
Votre rôle :
Le Responsable RGM promotion reporte au Manager Senior RGM promotion au sein de l’équipe RGM France.
Il a une visibilité complète des données commerciales pour la fonction RGM en France, étant ainsi un soutien efficace aux opérations dans le développement de la stratégie RGM, ainsi qu’à l'organisation commerciale locale dans la mise en oeuvre de cette stratégie.
Vos missions :
Contribuer à la définition et au pilotage la stratégie RGM Promotion :
- Construction des targets RGM promo par enseignes
- Animation les targets de pricing promo auprès de la DCN
Veille sur les évolutions externes, propose des nouvelles initiatives pour réinventer et optimiser notre modèle promo au sein de notre politique commerciale
Coordination et alignement interne :
- Animation de la direction des clients nationaux pour monitorer et ajuster des plans promotionnels par catégorie et par enseigne en cohérence avec les objectifs de pricing.
Profil et compétences :
Vous avez de l'ambition, l'envie d'évoluer, de booster votre carrière et avez l'expérience et les connaissances suivantes :
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 en école de commerce/IAE/université avec 5 ans d’expérience (expériences en catman levier ou enseigne, ou en finance dans le cadre d'un parcours cross-fonctions) dans le secteur FMCG ;
Vous avez un anglais courant ;
Vous avez un très bon niveau d'Excel et une appétence pour la finance ;
Vous avez une capacité d'influence, de conviction et de communication ;
Vous aimez challenger le statu quo.
