We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Rungis, France
Our People & Culture Business Partners play a pivotal role in driving positive employee relations, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring our HR practices align with both global and local organizational goals. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of people and culture matters, including talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. You will partner with business leaders to understand their unique needs and develop strategic HR solutions that contribute to their success.
This Business Partner position is based in Rungis, France, and will be responsible for supporting our sites in Portugal and Spain.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders across France, Portugal, and Spain to develop and implement people & culture strategies aligned with local and global objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people & culture matters, including talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the unique needs of France, Portugal, and Spain.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR trends, recommending necessary adjustments.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent for the region.
- Conduct performance management, compensation reviews, and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Manage HR systems and ensure accurate employee data.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee wellness programs.
Requirements
- Strong background within a HR background, with prior experience in a Business Partner role
- Experience gained within the FMCG/food production/manufacturing environment would be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field would be preferred
- Strong knowledge of EU employment laws and regulations, particularly in partnered countries/markets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen – understanding how People & Culture can drive business performance through partnering
- Fluent in both French and English, knowledge of additional European languages would be advantageous
