About the position
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and acting as the perfect swiss army knife for all marketing needs. Your responsibilities includes:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Development of content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and website.
- Management of Adagio’s social media accounts, creation and scheduling of posts, and engagement with the audience.
- Planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Creation and optimization of email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Management of Adagio’s website and implementation of basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility.
- Planning and organization of events, both online and offline.
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
- Development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
This role can be either fully remote or based in Paris or Montpellier (France).
About you as a Marketing Specialist
- 5+ years of experience doing hands-on Marketing. Previous experience in Adtech is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluency in French & English
- Demonstrated copywriting (in English) and editing skills.
- Previous experience with leveraging a CRM (ideally Hubspot) and a CMS (ideally, Webflow).
- Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Paid Advertising
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Analytical / data-oriented mindset
