Job description
At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a teacher to work at Milwaukee Scholars Charter School which is the highest performing public school in the Havenswood neighborhood for one of our clients in the US. Location: Milwaukee WI US (onsite)
Tasks
- Participate collaboratively and professionally with fellow teachers and support staff to meet the goals and individual needs of each student.
- Create manage and participate in a variety of professional development and orientation activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the state you are applying.
- Elementary education that includes grades prekindergarten (there are several combinations of WI licenses that might be acceptable (PK3 K6 PK8 K8)
- Regular Education at the Early Childhood or Early Childhood to Middle Childhood
Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a hightraffic indoor environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
