We are looking for our Learning Project Manager, who will be based in Lyon (home office up to 2 days/week).

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our learning offering & systems
- Collaborate creatively with internal stakeholders and learning contributors, as well as external training providers, to design learning experiences that ensure the success of our LEM learning programs
- Create impactful training contents & facilitate trainings (face-to-face, digital & blended)
- Be guided by market and education trends to incorporate modern and emerging technology and science into practical training strategies to define and implement LEM Learning standards & best practices
- Support alignment across all Learning initiatives by providing training, feedback & support to Learning contributors
- Manage, develop and upskill the Learning contributors" community in the development of high-quality, innovative & impactful learning solutions, with a strong emphasis on sustainability
- Administrate our internal LMS, our external Learning platform (LinkedIn Learning) & all other content creation tools
- Manage day-to-day operations, create, edit and publish learning content & access. Upload, track, and maintain consistency of eLearning courses & materials
- Resolve system issues & manage systems continuous improvement
- Gather, monitor and analyze data via a variety of methods including surveys and analytics, to ensure our learning experiences are best-in-class
Requirements
- Master"s degree with over 5 years of experience designing a wide range of learning experience solutions using various training modalities (digital, face-to-face, blended)
- Proficiency in utilizing different LMS platforms, including LMS 365, course authoring and content delivery tools (Advanced level in Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate)
- Expert in pedagogy and learning principles and how these relate to course & learning path design
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills , ability to develop strong cross-functional & intercultural relationships
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality learning experiences against tight timelines
- A can-do attitude, positive outlook, and a strong drive to accomplish tasks, coupled with the ability to quickly learn and adapt
- A learning mindset, keeping up to date with the latest learning practices and technologies
- Fluent proficiency in English
