Job description
IT Project Manager.
Fluency in French / Dutch and English
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite (but if project demands 5 days per week)
Location: Brussels
Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium
Key responsibilities
• Lead project delivery from beginning to end;
• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Define/follow up on KPI that measure business value creation of the project deliverables
• Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule as per the scope within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
Knowledge and Skills
• 5 years relevant experience with project management
• Strong affinity with IT and its complexity
• Experience within public sector will be considered an asset
• Experience with ecommerce solutions will be considered an asset
• Experience within the public transport domain will be considered an asset

• Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or underdefined problems
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset
• PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2 qualifications are an asset; ITIL Certification. A Project Methodology Certification is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management is considered an asset.
• Can facilitate Steerco project update meetings and guide resources.
• Possesses the ability to communicate present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences
• Proficient in Dutch or French and English.
