Job description
MISSION :
As a Test Leader for a transformation project on allocation management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our project by leading the testing efforts, drafting comprehensive test cases, and driving the testing team towards successful completion of feature testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical test case formulation and user story-driven testing methodologies.
Test Case Development
- Develop detailed test cases by integrating technical specifications and user stories
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for test case formulation
Test Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure high-quality testing deliverables
- Track and monitor testing progress, providing regular updates to project stakeholders
- Implement effective strategies for test execution and defect reporting
- Handle resource planning and raise request for resource need when needed
Defect Tracking and Collaboration
- Utilize relevant tools to track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and external providers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and resolve any testingrelated challenges
End-to-End (UAT) Scenario Strategy
- Take ownership of the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
- Draft comprehensive UAT scenarios that align with business objectives and user expectations
- Drive the testing efforts with the business team to validate the solution against business requirements
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the testing lifecycle
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the testing team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in a transformation project
- Strong understanding of technical test case formulation and user story-driven testing. Proficiency in using testing tools and defect tracking systems : ALM, JIRA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
- Ability to lead a diverse testing team
- English mandatory, French is a plus
