We are a growing Clinical Research Organisation with facilities in Rennes (France), London (UK), Montreal (Canada) and Newark close to New-York (US), searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in the UK, following an initial training period at our headquarters in Rennes, France.
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Identifies and develops new opportunities within pharmaceutical companies in North America
- Prospects and solicits new accounts to organize meetings for Business Developers, on site or at conferences
- Collaborates with Business Developers to prepare customer meetings (logistics, content, etc.); responsible for arranging and leading on-site visits
- Follows up with clients and develops solutions to meet their specific needs by working with teams of internal experts
- Communicates the company's various services to customers in a relevant and effective way (via telephone, presentation, email, etc.)
- Helps to strengthen tools and improve processes such as prospecting messages, sales pitches, the identification of prospecting opportunities, etc.
- Maintains and manages the CRM system with contacts and all business activities Desired background and skills :
- 1 year of professional experience would BE a plus
- Commercial training, ideally with a scientific background
- Language : complete English fluency is required; French proficiency is a plus
- Appreciates a medical and innovative environment
- Initial marketing/sales experience an asset
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Autonomous, takes initiative and can work in a team
- You demonstrate that you are organized, dynamic, rigorous, and respect deadlines.
