o Mandatory
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Science or related.
58 years experience in scheduling.
Experience in Chemical Petrochemical Oil & Gas Projects
Must be willing to work on projects at different geographies/locations.
Must be able to accommodate time zone differences.
Should handle multiple projects at a time.
Strong communication Skills in English.

Key Job Expectation
o Mandate
Exposure and experience to Schedule development and progress monitoring for Engineering Procurement & high level construction planning phases of the project
Exposure and experience in Earned Value Management / Progress measurement System
Resource Loading in Primavera to check Staffing requirement.
Critical path analysis and evaluation of project deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making.
Works with cost management to gain alignment when forecasting schedule completion dates.
