Job Description

The major responsibilities/skillset include but are not limited to

Residential transactions for luxury apartments on Golf Course Road micromarket

Landlord representation and managing exclusive mandate engagements

Lead generation client relationship management transaction execution

Billing collection timely reporting

To apply Must have:

Must have held a client facing role for minimum 7 years

Proven experience in luxury sales specifically handling transactions with a ticket size of 5 crores and above.

Must be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills

Strong track record of B2C sales and a proven track record of deal closures

Real estate transaction experience will be preferred but not mandatory

Experience in selling luxury goods and dealing with luxury buyers

Preferred industries real estate luxury retail hospitality (5star hotels) luxury auto sales relocation and other related industries

High energy strong business ethics

Additional Information

The position directly reports to the DirectorResidential Services.

This is an individual contributor role based out of Gurugram and will have to work with Inhouse Residential team Marketing team Clients Brokers (Independent/ IPC)

Someone with experience in the South Delhi market or projects like DLFThe camellias etc. would be preferred.

Eligibility creiteria:

Proven experience in luxury Residential sales specifically handling transactions with a ticket size of Rs. 5 crores and above.

An exceptional track record in the luxury residential real estate market showcasing an understanding of exclusive client needs and preferences.

A deeprooted passion for luxury an innate ability to create tailormade experiences and a keen eye for detail.
