Job description
The Data Science team is looking for a software engineer with a strong expertise in C++based applicationdevelopment. This mission is part of the Open Innovation project aiming to propose aninnovative optimization algorithm routing engine. The main responsibilities on this mission will be:• Be the Subject Matter Expert on assessing the feasibility of the technical requirements andthe adequacy of the existing solution to meet these requirements• Work closely with the project team to design and build the new solution based on theexisting algorithm• Write well-designed, testable code• Identify and propose optimizations to improve the solution performance WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Minimum 10 years of experience in working with C++ for software development• Experience in working with operations research techniques, mainly dynamic programming,will be a big plus• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with requirements that are open-ended• Knowledge and experience with Python programming will be needed• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, ideally familiar with the AWS toolsetFrench will be highly appreciated
