Job description
BOURBON SUBSEA SERVICES is the BOURBON Business Unit dedicated to offshore subsea operations. From vessel charter to turnkey projects, our team provide our clients with a full range of services to assist at every stage of the life of their oil and gas, and wind turbine fields, from the survey and exploration phases, during the subsea construction and operation, through to dismantling.
With our 650 employees, our fleet of 12 IMR vessels (including 9 Bourbon Evolution 800) and 33 ROVs, Bourbon Subsea Services operate around the world to find the best solutions for our customers. ⚓
Contract typ e: Permanent
Assist the contract team in the negotiation of charter agreements with clients ensuring compliance with BOURBON policies and vessel specifications.
&##Contract management
Act as the primary point of contact for the clients for vessel chartering contracts, represent BOURBON SUBSEA activities in clients" meetings.
Ensure the vessel delivery and mobilization is performed to client"s satisfaction in order that repeat business can be secured.
Ensure the development of the HSE management systems are implemented and regularly reviewed throughout the life of the contract. Monitor the submission of all contract deliverables and react to ensure project progress is maintained in accordance with the schedule (monitor KPIs).
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for management and Client (as required by contract).
Visit the client office and the local support functons.
&##Manage contract transition and starting phases, be present during vessel/ROV mobilization.
Ensure management of change procedures are followed and endorse responsibility for project risk management.
