OVERVIEW

In the context of a growing activity in the Global Omnichannel Team of Christian Louboutin, we are looking for a talented and passionate Omnichannel Project Assistant to join us from April to October 2024 to support the launch of key strategic omnichannel projects.
As part of the Global Omnichannel team, the Omnichannel Project Assistant will report to the Omnichannel Project Manager in charge of implementing an Order Management System on all selling channels, in order to leverage available stocks and offer new omnichannel services contributing to a seamless client journey.
In this role, and as the project is approaching its last mile delivery in the US, it will be key to ensure a strong collaboration with all departments of Christian Louboutin ecosystem, with the OMS IT team, with the regional counterparts and with Manhattan Associates, our OMS partner.
The Omnichannel Project Assistant may also assist the other team members of the Global Omnichannel Team on defined missions.

OMS IMPLEMENTATION

• Attend the OMS Training delivered by the Global Omnichannel Manager and Project Manager with the regional team to stores and client service teams, as an onboarding;
• Participate to the OMS meetings ensuring a smooth last mile delivery of the project;
• Support the Project manager in the action plans definition and operational follow-up;
• Contribute to the OMS Omnichannel Process Booklet consolidating all the flows;
• Coordinate key aspects of the OMS implementation with the Project Manager;
• Test the solution and processes with key and end-users;
• Participate to the hypercare and run phase of the OMS implementation;
• Prepare the launch of the lot 2 incl. all omnichannel services and a refresh training;
• Express detailed continuous improvement / run topics coming from the regional business teams in operational needs for the product-owner;

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Master level (Bac + 5)
• Work experience on project coordination with retail and digital
• Operational and result-oriented profile, analysis skills, at ease with new tools adoption
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, enthusiastic, passionate
• Fluent in English
