Job description

Crosscall, créateur de la téléphonie mobile durable, propose des mobiles et smartphones étanches, résistants et dotés d'une grande autonomie. L'entreprise a été créée en 2009 par Cyril Vidal pour répondre à des usages et des besoins spécifiques auxquels il était lui-même confronté et pour lesquels aucun matériel spécifique n'existait. La marque conçoit ainsi des modèles parfaitement adaptés aux environnements hostiles et imprévisibles que rencontrent les sportifs et professionnels de terrain (eau, pluie, vent, humidité, poussière, chocs) ; ainsi qu'une gamme d'accessoires performants. Avec plus de 3, 5 millions d'unités vendues, un CA de 134, 3M€ et bénéficiant déjà de plus de 20 000 points de vente, la société française, basée à Aix-en-Provence, poursuit son évolution à travers la montée en gamme de ses mobiles de plus en plus reconnus pour leur qualité et leur originalité en France comme à l'international.

As part of Crosscall's international development, as the Country development and sales leader, you will support the growth of B2B and B2G markets by identifying opportunities, working with stakeholders in order to position Crosscall as the supplier of choice.

Missions :

1) Create business opportunities in Saudi
- Lead the bid and negotiation process for the upcoming tender
- Leverage strong Saudi Government relationships. Network with key players in the market, industrial and customer ecosystems.
- Define Saudi sales strategy in B2B and B2G considering market needs, customer requirements as well as identify opportunities and strategies to facilitate CROSSCALL adoption.
- Define and negotiate Crosscall distribution and support strategy in the region with local partners, distributors or mobile carriers
- Drives Saudi sales and oversee the bid and distribution agreements/contracts.
- Promote and market Crosscall products and services, Attend tradeshows and other marketing events.
- Actively monitor competition, with a structured analysis of trends and key figures
- Ensure that the right pricing policy is applied, taking into account our business model, margin as well as local market conditions.
- Enable a long term sustainable presence in the segments addressed, in particular through a localized offering to BE defined

2) Partner closely with HQ and vendor ecosystem to drive efficient synergies.
- Provide feedback on partner and end-user requirements to Crosscall other departments to help improve products and nurture the roadmap
- Support other sales teams to achieve global sales targets
- Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, legal, finance, marketing, R&D and after-sales) to successfully implement our products at local level You have a strong academic background (Master's degree in commerce, international business management or engineering), with a deep knowledge of B2B and security defense industries. You know well the telecom market (operators such as STC, Mobily, Zain) in the Saudi region.

As a skilled and ambitious "hunter" with a self-starter mindset, you have at least 10 years' experience, including 5 years in a similar position in the industry.

You know how to develop a strategy, organize activities, and build a team in order to achieve targeted growth objectives.

You are dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, you act as a real leader with your stakeholders, with both innovative ways of looking at solutions and decision-making abilities.

Used to working in agile and autonomous mode, your determination, your ability to offer customer-oriented solutions, as well as your team player skills, will enable you to BE a legitimate player.

You speak arabic and english - Knowledge of French is an asset.

You will travel often in the region and in France.
