CONTEXT
As Corporate Social Responsibility Performance Manager (also known in ADEO as “Performance Manager Positive Impact”), you will join the Sustainable Finance and Performance Department of the group, where you will be responsible for steering the performance of ADEO group's positive impact strategy. Your Manager will be , Director of Finance and Sustainable Performance in ADEO.
You will build, disseminate, and animate performance benchmarks for ADEO's sustainable development policy that are useful to the group's actors in major strategic areas.
You will interact with our companies and Positive Domain Managers on innovation and scaling projects at the heart of the transformation of our business model.
To do this, you will manage a team of 4 to 5 people (data analysts and performance leaders) specialized in certain domains (carbon/climate, circular business...) or markets, and functionally animate a collective of positive impact performance leaders based in our subsidiaries.
This position is part of a context of very strong transformation and includes a component of digital data projects as well as activities related to process and skills development.
YOUR MISSION
As CSR Performance Manager , you will monitor strategic objectives with Positive Impact Domain Leaders through OKR processes and the dissemination of relevant dashboards or data analyses.
You will assist in prioritizing projects that meet our sustainable development commitments and contribute to identifying progress levers through data analysis and on-the-ground proximity.
With your expertise in social and environmental performance management, you will contribute to enhancing the skills of performance leaders in other areas and our companies.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a higher education degree (Master's degree in engineering, sustainable development, finance, or business management) and have at least 6 years of experience in the field of management control, business analysis, or performance management.
You have previous team management experience, and in your career, you have demonstrated your ability to drive change and evolve in your profession.
You have analytical skills in the service of business challenges, and you have a strong interest in environmental issues.
You can influence strategic matters by highlighting associated business issues and are comfortable leading cross-functional projects in an international context.
You are curious, enjoy exploring new areas, and working with diverse profiles.
You are assertive and develop collaborative work methods with your environment.
You speak English and French (C1 level).
