The Luxembourg office currently employs 50 lawyers and specialises in corporate and financial law, tax law, IP, IT and TMT law, regulated markets, investment funds, and commercial litigation. We work in a multicultural, international, friendly, and human environment. Are you looking to join a dynamic team as a Senior Corporate lawyer? We have an open position NautaDutilh' s corporate team has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (for private and public companies), joint ventures, international corporate restructurings, private equity and alternative investment funds. We also regularly assist our clients on a wide range of corporate finance, capital markets and contractual aspects.
