Chef & Host Couple
We are a small luxury chalet company with 14 chalets in the resorts of La Tania/ Courchevel and Meribel in the Three Valleys ski area in France, we are lucky to have a high level or returning staff each season and we hope this reflects our quality of package offered to our team. We employ experienced couples to ensure the smooth running of company throughout the winter. We are looking to add to our wonderful team.
Our contracts are French CDD seasonal contracts (Host 13382 & Chef 1507€ net per month) with accommodation available of a high standard within the resort near the piste and we offer 2 full days off per week. The chalet host role requires previous experience in the hospitality industry or the proven ability to manage a luxury property. The role is a customer facing role, making sure our guests receive a consistently high level of service throughout their stay including the service of food & drink, cleaning of the chalet, bedrooms and bathrooms on a daily basis and helping guests with their individual holiday needs.
Chefs will be required to provide an exemplary five day menu to our discerning guests. Together with your experienced chalet host you will manage your chalet in every aspect. Designing a hearty breakfast menu, afternoon tea selection and varied & sumptuous 4-course evening dinner menu, keeping high standards of cleanliness throughout the chalet, controlling stocks & weekly budgets, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will receive a high food and wine budget to enable you to create individual and interesting dishes. In return we will give you a high level of autonomy, structured support and guidance from within a small dedicated team. A perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take a break from busy restaurant kitchens and enjoy the mountains.
