We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the success of our Profitability and Underwriting software solutions.

Your role, as a Senior Product Manager, involves defining the product vision, strategy, and developing a detailed roadmap . You will play a crucial part in defining the market positioning and value proposition of our products, ensuring that they not only meet market demands but also consistently achieve the targeted business outcomes.

You will report directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and directly manage three Product Owners.

Your responsibilities & tasks include:

• As an insurance and profitability expert, develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap focusing on our Pricing and Profitability solutions.
• Direct management and leadership of three Product Owners, guiding their efforts in aligning with the overall product strategy and objectives
• Produce, gather and analyze data to make data-driven informed decisions

- Conduct thorough analyses of won and lost business opportunities to inform future strategies

-Establish, monitor, and review key product performance indicators and metrics

-Conduct prospect, customer & partners interviews and user research

-Monitor market trends and conducting competitive analysis

• Product Discovery & Delivery

-Identifying customer needs and market opportunities, conceptualizing new features or products, and validating these ideas

-Ensuring a seamless transition from ideation to delivery, including working closely with Product Owners and the Delivery team to define precise product requirements, prioritize features, and translate these insights into actionable product enhancements

• Governance, Collaboration & Communication

- Organizing and leading various product committees, engaging with key external stakeholders to share product roadmaps, gather feedback, and promote collaborative relationships

- Creating and participating in the organization of internal and external webinars for product advocacy and education

- Collaborating with Go-to-Market and Professional Services departments to understand customer requirements, gather feedback, and assist in product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement strategies

- Assisting in the production of product-related content, including training materials, videos, presentations, etc

The position is opened in Lyon or Paris or Brussels. Travel in our different offices is expected.
