Job description

We are recruiting for our client, a major player in its sector, as part of the growth of its Human Resources team, its future HR Coordinator.Le poste : Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and the team based at the headquarters, you will help maintain a strong employee experience by providing accurate and high-quality HR services through the comprehensive coordination of group processes and local/regional HR procedures, HR activities, and cycle administration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the local/regional talent acquisition process, ensuring full compliance with group and local regulations. Lead and develop the onboarding process and HR introduction program. Manage the departure process (resignation). Manage and coordinate employee contracts, as well as any letters, addendums, or changes throughout their careers. Coordinate employee relations and ensure follow-up on requests, absences, and issues as the primary point of contact. Possess and collect payroll change data and collaborate with payroll every month. Actively coordinate existing benefits and seek improvements if necessary (benefits management and enhancement). Manage our HR administration system (People Central) and collect accurate data to feed our weekly report. Responsible for HR documents (templates to be kept up to date and file management). Coordinate ad hoc HR activities and projects based on group projects and priorities. Non-limiting list of tasks.Profil recherché : Skills and Experience: HR specialist with successful experience in a first HR role and excellent knowledge of HR services and administration. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and develop HR skills. Knowledge of labor law in HR is a major asset. A valued team player who works collaboratively to enable HR best practices, accurate knowledge sharing, and the best employee experience. German and English at a professional proficiency level (a third language - French - is a major asset).
