Job Summary

The HR Professional is a lead HR business partner with the primary responsibility of planning and leading the HR function at the Admin Area level. Coordinates and delivers HR services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Implements the organizations vision and mission.
• Develops or implements an internal HR strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Develops functional requirements for custom HR applications.
• Implements HR policies guidelines and procedures.
• Makes significant contributions to the development of HR strategy and policies.
• Recommends and executes plans to improve employee engagement in the organization.
• Verifies the implementation of existing corporate and departmental HR regulations legislation and policies.
• Recommends new approaches and procedures to continuously improve the efficiency of the department and HR services.
• Identifies deviations advises on personnel issues and helps implement approved solutions.
• Reviews patents and prototype portfolios with BL employees if required.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelors degree in Business and Management or Human Resource Management
• Experienced 10 years in handling HR field especially at global exposure.
