HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER - GABON - AGRIBUSINESS

• Global Agribusiness player with multiple operations in Africa
• This role will be based in Mouila, Gabon

Our client is a global leader in the Agribusiness sector with multiple operations in Africa. They currently hold the biggest portfolio of Palm oil & rubber plantations across Africa

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President, you will carry out the below responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Agribusiness leadership team, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the Agribusiness industry's specific needs
• Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles in Agribusiness
• Design and implement employee development and training programs
• Drive performance management initiatives and support the growth and development of our workforce
• Collaborate with the Agribusiness leadership team to identify HR needs and develop strategies to address them

You bring 15 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner working for global FMCG or Agribusiness industries
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business administration is an asset
Proven experience in implementing & executive business strategies within the Agribusiness sector
Excellent fluency of both English & French is mandatory
Strong leadership skills and has the ability to work effectively with leadership teams
Must be willing to relocate to Mouila, Gabon
