In a nutshell
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Customer Team the team responsible for all Picnics marketing customer proposition and experience. As a Social Media Manager you are responsible for the social media presence of our brand in the German market. To make this a success you will create a social media strategy that results in a solid content planning. You will create and edit the content (photo/video) and everything else that makes us rock on social.
You are a well organized team player and have an eye for details but working independently is not strange to you either. You will work together with our creative and marketing team on the brand awareness and the brand image of Picnic. Since our team is spread across the locations in Dsseldorf and Amsterdam you also have the opportunity to work with our colleagues based in Amsterdam and are in daily contact with them.
What youll do
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for the German market to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and analyze performance of organic social media campaigns
- Monitor trending optics and create engaging content to newsjack on relevant events
- Planning and execute photoshoots from start to end
- Create and edit of photo / video material for our social media account
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute campaigns
About you
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Design or equivalent
- 23 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite such as Photoshop Premiere Pro and Lightroom
- Experience in videography and photography in both production and postediting
- Creative spirit and motivation to try out new things
- Affinity with the online grocery industry is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
