Skills required in this role Liasioning Interpersonal relationship Team Management Site Management MS Excel Analytics Asset Performance Management Planning & Forecasting HSE
Responsibilities:
Ensure safe construction activities with strict compliance of HSE standards as per approved plan and timeline.
Planning and coordination at site level for all construction activities including Location handover internal road WTG foundation Logistics movement WTG Installation USS installation and Commissioning.
Coordination with land team for location release and resolution of local issues.
Supervise and monitor construction activities and coordinate with different vendors/contractors for timely commissioning of project.
Initiate site level meetings and prepare reports. Escalation of issues to Project head.
HOTO of project with complete documentation and reports.
Monitor & coordinate daytoday performance of operating WTGs as per the guidelines provided.
Plan of the day as well as various daily reports to be sent to Rajkot office within 1st beginning office hour of the day.
Monitor repetitive warning as well as repetitive wag errors; monitor repetitive feeder tripping.
Coordination with local GETCO (Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd) staff.
Monitor HSE related parameters to be followed by omen teams as well as third party contractor personnels.
