As a future Sales Support Analyst, you will report to Global Head of Sales Support and Client Services, Alts, and you will BE part of AXA IM Alts
DISCOVER your opportunity
You will support the production of AXA IM Alts' related answers to Requests for Proposals (RFPs'), due diligence meetings (DD), or client pitches from kick-off to pitch delivery. Reuse existing narratives most of the time and for a minor proportion contribute to the production of high quality content on Alts overall with a focus on Alternative Credit.
Your role and responsibilities will include :
- Help to deal with the large volume of request, reusing extensively existing content, leveraging on RFPIO (Content management tool).
- Coordinate resources and gather information across the company to answer Real Assets and Infrastructure related content for RFPs, DD or to prepare client pitches (defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders within Alts (Fund Managers, FMCG, middle office etc.) to gather all relevant inputs
- Work in close cooperations with capital raisers and investment teams to prepare and deliver top notch content for RFPs, DD and clients pitches
- Structure content for RFPs, DD and client pitches with a marketing approach to promote Alts' competitive advantages
- Maintain standard content and help for the product deliverables SHARE your unique expertise

Your qualifications and experience :
- Business School / University degree in Finance
- Good knowledge of Alternative products
- Previous relevant experience preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing role within Alternative Credit
- Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to do the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales
- Demonstrated ability to structure marketing messages and propose content to help market alternative products / capture ideas and market trends to help better position our offering in macro/client context
- Proven track record in operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written), other language is a plus (notably German)
