Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Head Planning(Forging Industry Only). The primary purpose of this role is to manage the planning function for our forging facility specifically for open forging (810 Tons) and die forging (3 Tons) operations. The Head of Planning will oversee the entire planning process including capacity alignment customer coordination material management machining heat treatment inspection and overall plant operations. Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for business volume enhancement new product development project planning for new plant setups implementation of lean manufacturing processes troubleshooting in the forging shop and ensuring optimal performance from supporting departments. The Head of Planning will report directly to the CEO.
