Title: MSFT Power Platform UX Architect

Location: Remote (Must be based in US) with Travel to Atlanta

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C



Description:

• Responsible for designing intuitive and userfriendly experiences within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design user interfaces for Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI solutions that align with best practices and usability standards.
• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of UX designs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers on UX best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to UX design and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing UX designs to improve user satisfaction and productivity.
• Document design guidelines patterns and best practices for the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across different Power Platform solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform products including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles usability best practices and accessibility standards.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or UX design are advantageous.
• Bachelors Degree.
