Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, you support our European subsidiaries in the implementation of the animation plan for our B2B and B2C customers, in close collaboration with the Customer Experience Director. You guarantee the proper use of Euromaster Group solutions for Marketing Campaign & Customer feedback management. You contribute to the improvement of our customer knowledge and to the optimization of our performance measurement indicators. You work in an international environment.

We are looking for our future CRM and Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join Euromaster Group, for a replacement during a maternity leave. This fixed-term position located in Clermont-Ferrand (France) is to BE filled on April 15th, and until December 20th, 2024.

Main Responsibilities

PRODUCT STRATEGY & STEERING

* Own and evolve the vision and roadmap of our Marketing solutions for B2C & B2B markets : customer database management, lead management, marketing campaign management, complaints management, customer feedback management, pricing
* Contribute to the redesign of our new CRM Marketing ecosystems along with the different Business partners (CX Director, Digital Director, Business Line Managers) & IT team, then build the associated deployment roadmap at platform level and at Euromaster level in accordance with the defined strategy
* Follow a customer-centric approach striving to understand their expectations and exceed them
* Identify new potential product to serve CRM Marketing initiatives
* Optimise CRM Marketing solutions by identifying key enhancements to drive customer & operational performance
* Identify, analyse, deploy and animate external partners/products
* Build & leverage the functional knowledge of our CRM key users (ex : HubSpot, Eloqua, InMoment)

PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

* Animate CRM Marketing key users' communities by defining strategic IT optimisations, next priorities of the product backlog. Challenge/ Co-build business cases
* Design new CRM Marketing features and functionalities by leading workshops & writing user stories
* Collaborate with CRM IT team to ensure a good IT prioritisation
* Participate in the demo & lead UAT

MONITORING

* Monitor CRM Marketing activities on our platforms
* Identify, implement and follow KPIs of new features
* Use and suggest enhancement on CRM Marketing dashboards
* Monitor competition and stay up-to-date with CRM trends Master 2 degree in Marketing / Digital / CRM

You justify an experience of at least 5 years within an operational CRM service ideally in / for the distribution sector.

You have proven experience in implementing and monitoring the performance of customer marketing campaigns on different media. You know how to use a campaign management tool (Oracle Eloqua, SalesForce Marketing Cloud or other) and are experienced in data analysis & manipulation.
Good communication & educational skills. Problem analysis and synthesis skills. Fluent level in spoken and written French and English.
