Job description

AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris. Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.
Main missions :
- Assemble structural parts with fasteners according to special processes description
- Position, Fit, Drill, Bore, Deburr, Verify assembly
- Use aircraft technical data (work orders, drawings, production, quality, safety, instruction sheets)
- Use chemical products for sealing, electrical bonding, anti-corrosive, paint touch-up
- Make sure that the work is progressing according to the planning and the priorities and report any deviation to your supervisor
- Fill out the AAA work order sheet for traceability
- Verify the conformity of the work by using as reference the technical documentation given with the work order

Responsibilities regarding QSE (quality, security, environment) :
- Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
- Respect the quality rules on the work performed
- Ensure the integrity of aircraft systems and highlight any deviation to supervisor
- Contribute to production continuous improvements to reduce the time spent on work orders and/or improve quality level Education and Experience :
- Education as Aircraft Structure Mechanic or Industrial Mechanic with minimum 2 years experience as Aircraft Structure Mechanic
- English advanced
- Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends required
