Job description
Melt Group is looking for an HR Manager for one of our best clients in the Packaging Sector in Barcelona for their subsidiary in the North of France, located in the city of Lille.
Your mission will be to define, implement and supervise the global HR strategy in order to attract talent, establish the development of professionals and ensure an equity policy that contributes to the growth of the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate HR, your functions are
- Define HR strategy and priorities taking into account the needs and strategies of the business and the characteristics of the country
- Promote, together with Corporate Directors and CEO, the company's values
- Define global policies and procedures in terms of recruitment, training, development, career management, internal communication, compensation and benefits, and labour relations
- Organisation and planning: Working time policy and staffing needs
- Recruitment, Training and Development: Define action plans to attract, develop and retain the talent pool
- Compensation and benefits: Define the remuneration policy, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity of salaries, and their compliance with legislation
- Leadership: defining and developing leadership competencies at all levels. Support to Managers in people management
- Labour relations: Interlocutor at the level of labour relations with Works Councils and Trade Unions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation. Acting in individual labour relations
- Lead improvement and digitalisation projects in the HR area
- Support the area of Risk Prevention and Psychosocial Risks
- Promote, comply and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety standards and good practices
- Participate and promote participation in OSH training, information and awareness activities provided by the organisation during working hours
Requirements
- Education: Psychology, Law, RRLL + Master's Degree in HR
- Languages: English: advanced. French: advanced/native
- Experience: 5 years as HR Manager or HRBP
- Availability to travel: 10%
