Job description
Support salesperson representing the Electro Rent business unit, supporting the sales portfolio to the Electro Rent customer base in France .

- Sufficient technical knowledge in telecoms, Industrial and RF-Hyper TEMS products

- Strong commitment to collaborative working with other teams
- Willingness and ability to learn, and consistent use to a required standard of the key IT systems and sales /reporting tools required to support the role. Specifically (but not exclusively ) the Salesforce CRM system, quote tool
- Willingness and ability to learn and consistent updating of the product and application knowledge required to be effective in the role
- Support and help manage the new, refurbished and CPO sales funnel to achieve the sales target
- All aspects of the sale process
- Taking orders
- Managing quotes
- Advising customers on technical configurations
- Assisting the Field Sales Engineers
- Assisting in configuring and demonstrating equipment
- Coordination of pre-sales and post-sales support
- A responsible and professional approach when representing ER to customers
- Actively working to create customer satisfaction with the ER organization
- A strong commitment to collaborative working with other teams responsible for selling other parts of the ER portfolio such as, finance and asset management
- Attendance and participation in team meetings and business review sessions
