We are looking for a Salesforce Pricing Lead for our client, a giant in the chemical and technological sector. As the Pricing Execution Functional Lead for our customer's digital journey IT team, you will be responsible for functional (technically-savvy) Salesforce consulting, contribute to product improvements, and manage multiple modules with the Salesforce platform. This role involves delivering innovative solutions, ensuring user adoption and handling integration development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a position that will require 70% technical knowledge and 30% functional knowledge
- Embrace the role of the Salesforce functional advisor, guiding the Price Execution squad and fueling continuous improvement suggestions to elevate the business lines
- Dive into the dynamic phases of Pricing product enhancement, from the thrilling user need gathering to the strategic refinement of EPICs & User stories, tests/sprint reviews and user support and documentation
- Manage the different modules built in the Salesforce platform (Salesforce Cloud) and other technologies
- Ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that minimize the need for customization and optimize value for the business teams, while respecting the budget and reducing the impact on planning and costs
- Manage user adoption (training, adoption tracking, and documentation)
- Craft the narrative for integration developments, framing the needs and impacts with other applications in the IT domain (ERP, AI price recommendation Engine, Gsheets, data hub, etc.)
- Manage the product stakeholder and user expectations, ensuring a harmonious journey for all aboard
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: over 5 years of experience in IT projects within CRM or CPQ domain
- 5 years of experience in technical CRM pricing functions (Salesforce will be a big plus)
- 3 years of experience in CRM pricing functional/business roles (Salesforce will be a big plus)
- Education: Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree in IT
- Process Knowledge: good knowledge of Pricing or CPQ processes
- Business Understanding: good knowledge of Marketing & Sales processes
- Agile Proficiency: strong experience in Agile frameworks (SCRUM and/or SaFe)
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Another European language is a plus
