ADVANCED TESTING ENGINEER
Job Purpose
Organize and execute tests according DVP (Design Validation Plan) for mechanical and mechatronic products.
Support DVP creation with project engineer
Analyse data and provide report on time
Give recommendations for next steps
Development and implementation of new testing methods
Provide proposals for improvement of product and of testing methods
Key Accountabilities & Key Activities
Test execution:
- Develop and run requested tests according DVP
- Analyse results and provide reports on time
- Launch additional test for investigations
Optimization:
- Give recommendation for product and testing methods optimization
- Support in optimization of test procedure, methodology and equipment
- Support creation of DVP
- Maximize utilization of testing equipment & reduce preparation time
Coordination:
- Coordination of internal and external testing support
Communication:
- Communicate test results and next steps to process engineer
- Problem reporting, escalation and resolution management
- Support communication to the customer
- Provide special testing know-how to the project engineer and to testing departments
Key Professional Competencies
- Good scientific, mechanical and mechatronic knowledge
- System overview
- Testing expertise, Familiar with testing process & environment
- Redaction ability and good knowledge of MS office
- Benches and equipment
- Fluent English level
- Knowledge in MATLAB & Simulink will be appreciated

Qualification & Experience
- Engineer Graduated in mechanic or mechatronic
- Experience would be preferred in testing methods
- At Least 3 years of experience in automotive or Aircraft industries
