Mission / Profile


As part of Davidson's finance division, you'll work with one of our customers - a leading financial institution and major international bank - as a PMO. Your work will consist of assisting the team leader or project manager in implementing the following activities:

• Rolling out project management processes and tools to the local IT or project teams (quality, cost, delivery)
• Creating and monitoring the IT or project team training plan
• Rolling out project methods (including but not limited to Agile methods) to the local IT or project teams
• Rolling out new ITIL processes (project management, incident management, etc.) to the local IT or project teams
• Rolling out a knowledge management solution
• On-the-job coaching

Skills (pre-existing or to be acquired)

• Postgraduate degree (engineering, business school, graduate degree in finance)
• Proven expertise in project management & or PMO activities
• Solid experience in change management
