Mission :

Drive Plant profitable growth, deliver budget commitments and implement defined industrial strategy to reach best in Class total customer satisfaction and industrials competitiveness, developing talents and promoting group values (transparency, entrepreneurship)

Gray site representative, responsibility for Health & Safety aspect also in charge of the deployment and compliance with the Group's guidelines and roadmaps (Effectiveness/Efficiency/Prevention mindset).

Activities :
- Guarantees compliance with the regulations;
- Ensures the financial performance of the organisation, defines and monitors budgets / Ensures compliance with Group standards;
- Develop talents enabling substainability and legacy to prepare the future;
- Maintains a good working and learning environment;
- Implements the health, safety and environment policy;
- Creating a social climate that encourages commitment / Represents SOMFY to local administrative stakeholders;
- Represents SIMU Brand to administrative stakeholders;
- Lead Plant vision transformation & industrial strategy (Layout, Digital, CO2, capacity).

- Experienced to work in a matrix organization 10 years minimum as plant Director (Automotive, Electronics Industries) and a strong Knowledge Lean Manufacturing / Challenge on Gemba / Customer Intimacy.
- Working knowledge of financial management of the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different level of stakeholders / Team spirit / Cross-functionality.
- Experience in Quality management and building the quality mindset.
- Fluent English oral & written. - Experienced to work in a matrix organization 10 years minimum as plant Director (Automotive, Electronics Industries) and a strong Knowledge Lean Manufacturing / Challenge on Gemba / Customer Intimacy.
- Working knowledge of financial management of the company.
