General Summary
Client seeks an Enterprise Project Director to support Digital Projects (Salesforce and ServiceMax). This is a 6month contracting assignment (20 hours per week) and the position will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of IT & Facilities
Under Digital Projects the PD will be responsible for managing and reporting on the digital project portfolio including the following:
- Managing the approved project portfolio including:
- Regular checkins and communications with Global Process Owners (GPO) for alignment on priorities.
- Managing intake for new project requests when bandwidth is available.
- Capacity planning.
- Status updates and risk management.
- Facilitating cross functional investigations on hot issues etc.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline
- 5years of project and program management experience with increasing complexity including managing multigeographic division or enterprisewide projects mainly in aesthetic/medical device industries.
- 2 years of experience working with digital applications and/or information systems or equivalent including managing information technology projects or equivalent.
- Proficient and experienced in Agile Project Management Methodology
- Experience working on project and portfolio management tools.
- Handson experience in project/portfolio resource planning reporting prioritization and budgeting
- Experience leading cross functional projects and programs.
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience leading multifunctional activities with accountability for portfolio budgetary and resource allocation.
- Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels while building collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders.
