Pneus PIRELLI SAS, a subsidiary of the Pirelli group, distributes car and motorcycle tires in France and employs around 80 people. The company's policy combines the methods of a large group with the responsiveness of a small business.
Tasks
- Provide leadership for human resources strategies, aligning them with the overall business strategy
- Partner with senior management to understand and execute the organization"s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with French labor laws and regulations
- Ensure policies are consistently applied across the organization and updated as necessary
- Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, conflicts, and performance management
- Ensure a positive work environment and address any issues that may impact employee satisfaction and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all French labor laws and regulations
- Keep abreast of legal changes and adapt HR practices accordingly
- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans
- Ensure that compensation and benefits are competitive and compliant with legal requirements
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance
- Implement initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Utilize HR metrics and reporting tools to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team
- Facilitate effective change management strategies to support organizational growth and transformation
Your Profile
- You have at least 5 years' successful experience in a HR Manager role
- Experience in dealing with case management / employee relations
- Project management and organisational skills
- Minimum intermediate level skills in all Microsoft software
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You have very good skills in written and spoken French
