Job description
New opportunity for an individual to join NHV’s Flight Operations team based in Aberdeen.
The Senior Crew Scheduler will support the Flight Operations Team in ensuring the provision of long-term crew planning and scheduling is executed within regulation for crewing levels, training planning and customer requirements.
Respons. & areas
The Senior Crew Scheduler primary accountabilities & responsibilities are as follows:
· Management of long-term crew scheduling for NHV which covers three fleets (H175, AW139 and AW169)
· Ensure sufficient crew scheduled to meet commercial needs
· Ensure training is sustainably provisioned within company rosters
· Ensure all administration is carried out to the required standard and regulation
· Training of any new short term crew schedulers
· Regularly work with the Flight Ops Team and Base Managers to ensure the service provision
· Booking of pilot travel as and when required
· Oversee and develop company FRMS policy within roster scheduling
· Support the Flight Ops Cell with any other duties as required
· Flight Operations scheduler will work Monday to Friday basis
Experience
· Ideally a minimum of 2 years recent aviation experience
· Proven ability to work under pressure
· Previous Experience with crew rostering and FTL Scheme preferred
· FRMS Experience preferred

· Must be well organized and be able to work independently and as an active member of the team
· Must be detailed orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
