Railway company is well established in Quebec for over 60 years. Their primary mission is to repair and extend the life of equipment, whether it is to modernize it or to literally give it a second life. In their custom project, it touches both the freight and passenger side. The Project Manager will play a key role in the organization's large-scale projects.

Main responsibilities :

• Monitor time-compliant contractual deliverables (specifications and quality)
• Involve staff in the project coordinate with other departments and customers
• Put forward best practices in contract and project management, customer service, optimization, improvement of our ways of doing things
• Update Management Plan, design and prepare project Master Program Schedule
• Prepare all documents related to changes, follow-up and take action to respect budgets, material and human resources
• Work in conjunction with other departments

Skills and qualifications :

• BACC in engineering, operations management, administration
• 8 years' experience in contract management and major projects
• PMP certification
• Experience with railways (AAR, APTA, FRA)
