Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Country Lead (part-time, paid) to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for enhancing Hiwell"s brand awareness and driving customer engagement through strategic influencer partnerships in France. In this role, you will localize Hiwell"s platforms and social media accounts into French, and support the management in marketing campaigns (influencer marketing, content marketing and so on) to drive brand awareness and visibility in France.

• Translate and localize our content (in English) into French
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers across various platforms in France
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with Hiwell"s brand values and business objectives
• Coordinate and adapt influencer marketing strategies for France, considering cultural nuances and local trends
• Measure and analyze Influencer Marketing efforts
• It is essential that the candidate is competent in process management. Can effectively plan and organize their tasks

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in the relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing
• Awareness and knowledge of social, and cultural trends, and current events in France
• Passion for digital, social media, and influencer trends and best practices
• Strong negotiation, relationship, and process management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full proficiency in English
