Air Liquide France Industrie (ALFI) réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Industriel Marchand, Grande Industrie, Électronique, Hydrogène..Au sein de la Direction de la Communication d’ALFI, au service de nos 4 Business Lines, et en lien avec les équipes communication du cluster SWE (Europe du Sud-Ouest), vous assistez le/la Responsable communication interne dans la gestion de notre dispositif de communication interne, au service des collaborateurs.

Production de contenus :
Analyse des attentes et spécifications des équipes pour comprendre le besoin ;
Production de vidéos : préparation d’un script, réalisation de la vidéo et montage grâce à un outil clé en main (PlayPlay) ;
Rédaction d’articles diffusés sur notre intranet.
Gestion du réseau de TV interne :
Création de contenus et mise à jour ;
Support auprès des différents sites.
Webmastering
Gestion et mise à jour des contenus sur notre intranet et interface avec notre prestataire web ;
Gestion et mise à jour de nos supports d’information, en lien avec notre ligne éditoriale (contenu et format) : TV interne, réseau social interne, newsletter mensuelle ;
Participation à l’élaboration d’événements (visio-conférences, webinars).
Outils & Méthodes
Monitoring régulier des différents outils de communication interne ;
Suivi des KPIs.
