JOB DESCRIPTION:
MANAGER FINANCE ACCOUNTS & TAXATION
Main Responsibilities for Manager Finance n accounts
Cash Flow (Impacting and Controlling activity) hard core 56 year experience in
Banking and Treasury operation for arranging Loans and managing fund flow
Working Capital Management
and Preparation of CMA data
Coordinating with Bankers and Financial Institutions for arranging Working capital
Loans/Term Loans
Preparing of Quarterly Board meeting Presentations and research about
comparative MIS about company product
Complete Receivable Management Invoicing Collection deduction GST hold
money Retention money Follow up
WIP movement monitoring and targets to the Site team
Inventory control measures monitoring & reconciliation
Capex operational Requirements and Reconciliation
Finalise and implement Cash Outflow plan for vendors wages and site s imprest
Vendor commitment plan as per operational requirement
Routine Activities:
Business Performance Actual (Impacting and Controlling
Activity)
Profit & Loss MonthlyPlan & FinalisationRevenue and Gross Margin for all sites
Analyse Revenue and Divisional EBITDA identify & discuss measures for
improvement
Cost review with the Business head and Operations head and discuss cost control
measures
Understand material Capex and resource requirements for sites and provide
support
Work with Business for Annual budget and latest estimates for Revenue & Div.
EBITDA
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MANAGER FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
CA with a Minimum of 6 8 Years o f experience in the Manufacturing of multiple
locational Industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with SAP.
Flexible to travel and work long hours as necessary.
