Job description

Our client is a Global Chemical Manufacturer. They are undergoing a great deal of growth and transformation at the moment and are looking to expand the plant in terms of scope and size.
For this reason, Pacific International has been exclusively retained in recruiting an experienced Chemical Production Manager, who will lead the production team as a part of the management committee.

The short to midterm goals for this role are

• Develop a high-performing and emerging team
• Successfully manage the Production teams
• Develop close relationships with the operators and other department leaders within the plant
• Ensure safe and clean production and uphold standards
• Support the Plant Manager in the growth and transformation of the plant

Background and skills required

• Educated to bachelor"s level in Chemical Engineering or relatable discipline (Masters level desirable)
• 5 years" experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing shift operators in a continuous manufacturing environment
• Experience working with hazardous materials or other Chemical products
• Strong leadership qualities
• English and French professional-level proficiency
• Eligibility to legally work in France
