Job Purpose :
Support the Systems Manager in the management of all hardware, core business systems and computer operations at the Midpoint site.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Maintaining server and network availability.
Undertake IT tasks within established deadlines.
Undertake hardware, software and network deployment.
Implement and maintain backups.
Maintain, monitor and deploy IT security measures.
Ensure company data is archived and backed up.
Assist in correcting errors with orders (SAP).
Support Business Systems Manager in delivery of the IT Strategy Plan.
Comply with and apply the Health and Safety policies.
New starter inductions.
VPN deployment.
Preparation of new hardware for staff. Person Profile :

Qualification in IT-related discipline (NVQ / C&G or similar)
